| Founded 1981 , when the ship was donated to TÄBY. We shall tend and man this ship, which is now by age and quality a cultural treasure Our present goal (1999) is to keep her sailing until the year 2012, when she will be 100 years of age. | |
| We show our ship on different occassions such as maritime festivals, big sailing races etc. We will shortly take Viking Plym to New York for the Leif Ericsson millennium celebrations |  |
